Peggy, no, she just had the perfect photo to fit the witch. The long dark hair and pasty face from living in the frozen wasteland seemed just right. Remember 'The Wizard of Oz'? There are good witches.
Peggy, down here in Florida we realize that we are all dried up like raisins, but we know that the humidity plumps our faces up and the wrinkles disappear. Also, because we don't live in the land of the Green Bay Packers, we actually get enough sun to tan our face.
