I know what auto money pits are like. Remember that 1967 Lincoln Continental your brother sold to me for $700. as a used car when we first moved to Florida? I put thousands into it and it seemed like it was always in the shop. It also got 10 mpg. It was a huge car with a 464 engine.

But it had a beautiful shiny paint job. Slippery, but beautiful.
ReplyDeleteActually the Lincoln only got eight miles per gallon. I remember that you could fit two bodies comfortably in the trunk.
ReplyDeleteAa little wheel allignment before the big trip? That won't set you back much.
ReplyDeleteNew tires also.
ReplyDeleteHow about an "auto-pilot" so we all don't have to worry about you????????
ReplyDeleteHow about installing one of those giant cocktail glasses on the top for Mark to sit in. It would give Chandler more room.
