Video Thursday

Every afternoon for the last two weeks.

  1. We used to call that 100% humidity. (And better in the afternoon than the morning, as I recall from living in Florida. Talk about oppressive steam as a morning thunderstorm evaporated during the afternoon.)

Those were the showers that contributed to all the rain delays when the Giants played the Marlins earlier this week, and pushed the games into timeframes that meant we could watch them here in the Bay Area.

  2. I wouldn't miss watching Tim Lincecum for anything. I hear he can pitch pretty good too.

  3. Lincecum is excellent. He's not called "The Freak" for nothing. Matt Cain is good, too. And the Gigantes actually seem like they've got something going at the moment.

  4. That looks like 200% humidity!!!How do you keep it out of the house?

  5. Considering my living room floor is just six feet above sea level, it is quite common for water to invade the house. Unless you want to buy this place, then, no, it never floods.
