Video Thursday

I know, another animal video

Tigger is the neighbors cat, but he likes to hang around my house because I feed him occasionally, and I think he's a masochist.

  1. Dogs loving cats...what next? Gay marriage?

  2. Of course that IS the argument.... although they stop short of calling it a "slippery slope"!! P.S. If the kitty was intimidated she wouldn't hang around Chandler. And Alan, no wonder you have allergies, aaachooo!!

  3. Peggy, Tigger is a Tomcat, so if Chandler married Tigger, it would be a gay, inter-species marriage. The 'slippery slope' started when the government got in to the marriage business.

  4. You must mean the slippery slope of Justice William Brennan and his view of the family. His view is that the wisdom of the previou ages circa 4500 B.C. to 1989 only amounted to "prejudices and superstition". Mom dad and the kids, the traditional family unit, was now stagnant, archaic;the prejudices and superstitions of a time long past. We must tolerate those with " idiosycrasies" This was a Supreme Court Judge and his view of the new, hip constitution.

  5. That's nice. I just am really tired of all these assholes who say "It's against MY religion, so YOU can't do it". Most religions are run by immoral and hypocritical leaders. Religions were started by people who needed power over others, and institutionalized superstitions and prejudices. If your religion does not want people of the same sex to get married, that is their business, but when the government gets involved and gives those people extra rights because they got married, that is my business.

  7. Well said Alan."Anonymous" is obviously a homophobe who is afraid that by giving basic rights to all people would infringe on his/her rights to hold self-righteous religious views that include knowing what their God thinks. They can keep the word "marriage" if it bunches their undies, just allow legal unions.
