That front room is floor to ceiling windows on three sides! How can that be too dark? That front bedroom is a voyeur's dream.
Fact: I painted the whole place including the baseboards for half of what a handyman would charge. (I could have made more money flippin burgers at McDonalds) I'll give u about $700. per month for it.
