It's sad to think that this shit is happening ALL THE TIME all over the country. We may laugh at these videos, but truthfully, it scary and pitiful that these are the people who are supposed to be protecting us, the law abiding citizens. I guess it's not the type of job that would attract the cream of the crop.
I think the videos speak for themselves. Again, I am sorry that you had to go through this. Especially Mark. I think Detective Chris Dale should be investigated a bit more himself.
If the warrant was for the front apartment then they illegally forced their way into the wrong apartment and should be liable for their actions. Get a copy of the warrant by doing a Freedom of Information request from the sheriffs office.
Again, never talk to nor admit anything to cops without a lawyer present.
